Welcome to the official website of Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad. The city of Ghaziabad is situated in the mid of Ganga – Yamuna doab. It is a large planned industrial city that shares its outskirts with the national capital of India – New Delhi City. Further, this district is also a part of National Capital Region. Coming to the dimensions, the city is 75kms in length, 37 km in breadth. In addition to this, the city also shares its boundaries with other cities in Uttar Pradesh such as Bulandshahar, Gautam Budha Nagar and Jyotiba Phule Nagar.

The Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad is also recognized as Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation. It was earlier called as Municipal Board and later the status was upgraded to Municipal Corporation on 31st August 1994 following the 74th Amendment Act 1992 and Conformity legislation by State Government.
